Ahmet Ersin Ozkaya
Advocate / Mediator Ahmet Ersin Ozkaya was born in 1983 in Istanbul. He graduated from Beykent University Faculty of Law with honours, and in 2009, he completed his master's degree in Private Law at Kadir Has University with honours. Between 2005 and 2021, he had the opportunity to work on many domestic and foreign projects during his career in the White and Case Istanbul Office, one of the largest law firms in Turkey.
Ahmet Ersin Ozkaya, one of the founders of OZER Law Firm, focuses on resolving disputes related to Commercial Law, Law of Obligations and enforcement proceedings before Turkish courts. He has experience in merger and acquisition transactions, company management, providing daily consultancy services on corporate issues, reviewing and drafting transaction documents, due diligence processes, debt restructuring, and review/preparation/interpretation of loan agreements and guarantee documents and project finance transactions. He has also provided legal consultancy services in many fields such as Family Law, Labor Law, Inheritance Law and Criminal Law within the scope of social aid projects in AKDEM, which is affiliated to Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.
Onder Zulfukar
Adv. Onder Zulfikar was born in 1987 in Elazig. He graduated from Dogus University Faculty of Law with a scholarship and honours degree. Onder Zulfukar, one of the founders of OZERLaw Firm, carries out his legal activities in many fields of law, especially in Criminal Law, Labor Law, Administrative Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law and Real Estate Law. He also has experience in the field of Health Law, in light of his previous work experience.
Onder Zulfukar has participated in many conferences, seminars and training programs, some of which are special programs, and is actively involved in various non-governmental organizations.
